I roast small batches of the best 100 % Arabica specialty coffees that money can buy. My customers can enjoy a delicious brew of fresh-roasted Princess Valiant Coffee with a meaningful connection to coffee producing communities around the world. I also make chocolate in small batches, refined from organic cacao beans and containing no soy, gluten, preservatives or fillers. By sourcing fine-grade fermented cacao, then roasting, winnowing and refining it at my facility, I produce high-quality chocolate that reveals the best of each origin of cacao bean. New to my website in March 2013 is a heavenly Organic Hot Cocoa Mix and Unsweetened Organic Peruvian Baking Cocoa - both are free of gluten, soy, dairy, fillers and preservatives.

A new chocolate concept is in the works! I'm working on what might be called a "Community Supported Chocolate" venture. This is much like the Farm Shares offered by local farmers where customers get a weekly or monthly supply of seasonally available produce, but this would be a guaranteed supply of fabulous, artisan chocolate for a year.
