Are you a locavore? The “locavore” movement encourages consumers to buy from farmers’ markets since fresh, local products
are more nutritious and taste better. Locavores may also minimize trips to the supermarket as an environmentally friendly measure
since shipping food over long distances requires more fuel for transportation.

Brewing a pot of coffee in the morning is an essential daily ritual for many of us. Sipping from a cup at the kitchen table or dashing out the door with a travel mug—it should be a delicious and memorable brew. Coffee should be made with fresh, properly roasted beans that delight our taste buds! We should know where our coffee comes from and something about the people who produce it. The date a coffee was roasted shouldn’t be a secret and decaf should be as taste as good as regular, with no peculiar aftertaste.

Princess Valiant Coffee  does not have a "bricks and mortar" storefront, but is sold online via this site, at the Port Angeles Farmers' Market, the Chimacum Farmers' Market, at Sequim Locally Grown's Online Market, and at locations listed to the right > > >.

All of the above is why I started Princess Valiant Coffee
It’s why I am committed to roasting high quality, interesting
coffees
that will make your day a little brighter.
Enjoy!
